Transparent Energy manages natural gas accounts in accordance with utility rules and regulations. Severe penalties are administered for unauthorized storage/tolerance levels that can add up in a hurry. Our job is to make sure these penalties never occur.
For proper account management, Transparent Energy requires that accurate meter reads be relayed weekly. In addition to the meter reads, we request notice of any significant operational changes, including (but not limited to): changes in operating schedules, increases/decreases in production, major upcoming projects, or anything that could have a significant impact on natural gas. The more information we have regarding the account, the better.
If Transparent Energy has been consistently provided with accurate meter reads, we will take responsibility for any penalties sustained due to non-compliance with utility regulations.
Transparent regularly reviews accounts to confirm customers are on the proper rate schedule to maximize savings. Changes in scale of operations can impact which program is right for you and your business.
We work to make procurement easy by updating customers with the information they need most. Monthly summaries, savings analysis, historical consumption information, meter split outs, etc. You name it, we create it.
Transparent Energy will work with utility partners to combine accounts where applicable to enhance savings.
