NOAA’s latest three-month outlook (published 4.18.19) for the period June, July, and August 2019 show a high probability of above-average temperatures along both coasts and parts of the Upper Midwest. With all of the coal-to-gas switching for power generation, this could tighten up the market very quickly if there are any extended blasts of scorching temperatures.

Unfortunately don’t expect any relief from the rain. NOAA’s three month precipitation outlook for June, July, and August 2019 has a high probability of rain for the Plains, Midwest, and Southeast which will continue to put pressure on already elevated water levels in those regions.
